One month before the D-Day!
The Third International Conference on Renewable and DER integration* is to be held in Nice on 10, 11, 12th December 2008. It will address technical, market, and regulatory issues as a prerequisite to prepare massive DER integration into power grids, thus leaning on a continuous dialogue between all the involved players. The conference will gather scientists, utility operators, manufacturers, regulators, and policy makers. For the moment, around 200 delegates are registered to the Conference. Poster sessions
During the conference, there will be two poster sessions linked to a wine tasting event, sponsored by Technofi**. Our call for posters received more than 100 poster abstract submissions! 80 posters of the highest quality were selected and will be classified in different categories.
Technology exhibition
Moreover, there will be a technology exhibition. You will see the latest advances in DER control, metering, simulation and integration, electricity storage, communication systems. For example, Saft chose to participate as an exhibitor during the conference, to present the Li-ion battery system.

Programme
This new edition promises to be rich in content: the floor will be given to about 60 experts and program managers from Europe, North America, and Asia-Pacific regions. They will debate about the hottest DER integration issues. These presentations will be framed by speeches from several policy makers in the energy field. Among them, some outstanding speakers:
